Orders Acceptance
The order confirmed through the site My-Urban-Style.com is accepted under condition that the goods requested are available. Should this be the case, the products selected are reserved for you on the same day. On receipt of the payment the order is processed for shipment. In case the proof of payment is not received within 3 working days from the order communication we reserve the right to cancel the booking and release the products chosen.

Minimum order
The minimum quantity is mentioned next to each products. Please consider that the freight include some minimum and fixed components that become less significant when spread over a bigger order value.

Currency
The payment and the shipping invoice will be issued in Euro, regardless of the quotation shown next to each products. The conversion between the original price in Euro and the currency you select is effected by a third party module (http://dynamicconverter.com) using the last "spot" or "interbank" rates available. We bear no responsibility for the accuracy of such operation provided only as an indication; in fact to calculate the actual cost of the products in your currency you need to take into account also the bank's spread, the commissions, the rate of the day of payment, etc.

Account
We request that prior to any order, you register with us in order to:
-   calculate the proper freight during the buying process,
-   know your email address to be able to confirm the availability of the selected products,
-   fill the checkout form with the pre-recorded data for an easy buying experience.

The ordering process

(a) Selection of the products – for each product we show the available color and options, as well as the tech sheet, the kit content list and the assembly instructions. Please check carefully your selection so to ensure a correct understanding and satisfaction. There is a minimum quantity we require for each items. Upon selection the cart is updated with the products value.

(b) Checkout – at the end of the product selection we ask for the shipment info:
- Destination address, if different from the invoicing address and/or from that recorded in your account
- Mode of transport (truck for Europe, sea or air for all other countries) and for sea or air, the port/airport of arrival, until where the freight is calculated.
During checkout, you can also cancel some of the items chosen, amend the quantity (according to the minimum and multiple buy) and go back to the product pages. If you enable the cookies of your browser the cart will be remembered and presented to you when returning to the site.

(c) Payment – The procedure will take you to the PayPal payment page. Upon confirmation of the payment by PayPal we will proceed with the shipment process.

Technical data of products
For each products the following info is available:

- the size specs, that is the detailed measurements,
- the assembly instruction sheet and packaging content (copy included with the item’s pack),
- the weight and size of the packaging,
- the minimum quantity to order,

… while the following documents cover the whole range of products and can be reached from the menu:

- usage upon receipt and maintenance on long-term,
- certifications of quality of process.

Please note that MyUrbanStyles.com holds the right to modify the dimension and structure of its products at any time, without notice, in order to improve their quality and durability. Photos, drawings and texts are not contractual.

Typing errors
We double check all the details of the products offered in this site, in terms of description and technical data. There might be from time to time typing mistakes for which we deeply apology. In case we detect an error, prior to the shipment we will contact you; should you refuse to accept the correction, we reserve the right to cancel the full order, or part of it.

Shades differences
We take the picture of all the products shown on the site with professional equipment and utmost care. But it is unlikely that the final result you see in your video matches exactly the original colors, as the variables involved are several and most of them beyond our control, depending mostly, but not exclusively, on the calibration of the equipment and on the quality and quantity of the lights, at both sides. For info, the metal parts of the décor are powder coated in colors that refer to the RAL system.

Product quality
We check thoroughly all the products we propose and we aim at shipping only first choice products. Nevertheless, being this a human job, some discrepancies might escape our dedicated control and care. In placing your order with My-Urban-Style.com you confirm that the presence of spot / isolated and marginal / minor faults is tolerated and accepted.
